The annual
festival attracts crowds of 40,000
persons or more.
It is always held the first weekend of October. Motels are booked
for
a 40 mile radius of Reelfoot. Reelfoot lake is a tourist resort and
has many motels, but
they are always booked solid during the Arts
and Crafts festival. Many People book their
reservations the year before to be certain of
getting accommodations for the festival. If you plan on attending,
please make your reservations early to be assured of getting
space for a seller lot or RV pad for the Arts and Craft festival. Our
location is in the center of all the activity of the festival.
We have bags of ice and all the vendors buy ice from the only
store in the area, which is next to our seller lots and RV Pads.
A choice spot for vendors who need ice. Another
advantage: Although
the admission is free, visitors pay for a parking space.
We are among many other areas with parking space for rent.
Giving you the advantage for persons parking in our spaces to
come by your seller lot as they enter the festival.
You, as a seller or vendor have your own parking space provided
with your lot for your car, trailer or other means of transporting
your seller items other than an RV. Pads are available for RV's.
