The annual festival attracts crowds of 40,000
persons or more.  It is always held the first 
weekend of October.  Motels are booked for
a 40 mile radius of Reelfoot.  Reelfoot lake 
is a tourist resort and has many motels, but
they are always booked solid during the Arts
and Crafts festival.  Many People book their
reservations the year before to be certain of
getting accommodations for the festival. Since
Reelfoot Lodge just recently opened, we (at
this time) still have opening  for the festival.
If you plan on attending, please make your 
reservations early to be assured of getting 
booked for the Arts and Craft festival.
